Ingredients
1 Cup apricot preserves
1 (4 oz) Can tomato sauce
1/3 Cup vinegar
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
2 Tablespoons honey
1 Tablespoon oil
1 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon ground ginger
2 Pounds hot dogs, cut into 1" pieces
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except hot dogs in crockpot, cover and cook on HIGH for 30 minutes. Add hot dog pieces and cook on LOW 4 hours.
Serve over rice as a main dish, or as an appetizer.
