Your favorite tuna salad stuffed into seeded cucumber boats
Ingredients
2 Cucumbers, sliced lengthwise and seeds removed
2 (5 1/2 oz) Cans tuna in water, drained well and shredded
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon prepared mustard
2 Celery stalks, diced
2 Green onions, diced
1 Teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 Teaspoon celery salt
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 Teaspoon dried parsley
Salt & pepper to taste
1 Teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, diced celery, diced green onions, lemon juice, celery salt, garlic powder, prepared mustard, parsley, salt and pepper.
Stir until well combined well.
Fill each half of the cucumbers with the tuna salad mixture and serve.
