Ingredients

1 Bunch broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
1 Head cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
3 Carrots, peeled & sliced into 1/2� pieces
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1/4 Cup butter, softened
1 Can milk
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1 Can cream of chicken/celery soup
Pinch of salt
1 Tablespoon paprika
1 Tablespoon oregano
1/2 Teaspoon cayenne pepper (if desired)
1/2 Cup butter crackers, crushed

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine garlic, butter, both cans of soup and spices; mix well.
Combine broccoli, cauliflower and carrots in a casserole dish and pour the soup mix and spices over top, distributing evenly.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top and bake (covered) for about 20 to 30 minutes at 350�F., or until vegetables are tender. Remove cover and continue to cook for 15 to 20 minutes to brown top.
