Ingredients
1 (29 oz) Can of peach halves cut in half & drained
1/4 Cup sugar, divided
1/4 Cup peach brandy
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
2 Large eggs
1/4 Cup flour
Dash salt
1 1/2 Cups milk or half and half
1 Teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
Arrange peaches cut side down in a greased 8" x 12" baking pan.
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar and the brandy; dot with the butter.
Beat eggs with remaining sugar, flour, salt and vanilla to make a batter, pour evenly over the peaches.
Bake uncovered in a preheated 350�F oven about 30 to 35 minutes or until puffed and browned.
Serve warm, right from the dish with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.
