Ingredients
2 Pounds raw shrimp
1 Cup salad oil
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
2 Tablespoons chili sauce
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 Teaspoon prepared mustard
1 Teaspoon dry mustard
2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
1 Teaspoon salt
Juice of 2 lemons
1 Jalape�o pepper, seeded & chopped
Instructions
Shell and de-vein shrimp. Combine all other ingredients to make sauce. Marinate shrimp in sauce for 2 hours. Broil, 5 to 10 minutes on each side, basting several times with sauce.
