Ingredients
2 Tablespoons green pepper, finely chopped
1/4 Cup margarine or butter
8 Eggs
1 Cup whipping cream
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Cook and stir green pepper in margarine in large skillet over medium heat until tender. Beat eggs and cream thoroughly in medium bowl; beat in remaining ingredients. Pour egg mixture into skillet. Cook slowly, stirring constantly, until eggs are thickened throughout but still moist.
