Ingredients

4 Medium potatoes (about 4 cups), boiled, cooled & sliced
1 1/2 Cups peas, cooked
1/4 Cup butter, melted
2 (7 ounce) Cans tuna fish, drained & flaked
2 Tablespoons butter
3 Tablespoons flour
1 3/4 Cups milk
2 Cups grated mild cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Breadcrumbs

Instructions

Layer first 4 ingredients in large casserole. In saucepan, melt butter over low heat; add flour & milk, stirring constantly. As sauce begins to thicken, add cheese and seasonings, continue to stir constantly until sauce is smooth and thickened. Pour sauce over ingredients in casserole; sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, dot with butter or margarine.
Bake at 375�F for 45 minutes.
