Ingredients
2 Pounds boneless chicken tenders
1 1/2 Cups carrots, cut in thin matchstick shape
1 Bunch green onions, sliced into 1/2� pieces
1 (5 oz) Jar Kraft pimiento or pimiento & olive process cheese spread
1 Can cream of chicken soup
2 Tablespoons dry sherry (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Put all ingredients in the crockpot in the order given; stir to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours. Serve over rice, toast, or biscuits.
