Ingredients

1 Family pack boneless country ribs
1 Extra large onion, diced
3 Celery stalks, diced
Seasoned salt
Black pepper
2 Cans sauerkraut, drained & squeezed of excess juice
1 Can Bavarian sauerkraut, drained & squeezed of excess juice

Instructions

Combine ribs, onion, celery, seasoned salt & pepper in crockpot and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours until meat is falling apart tender. Stir all sauerkraut into the meat juices breaking up the meat into bite size pieces. Once it is thoroughly mixed cook until all the flavors are blended, about 1 hour. Serve over buttered mashed potatoes, not on the side, right on top of the potatoes.
