Ingredients

1 Package of Smoked or Kielbasa Sausage
1 Can red beans
1 Small green bell pepper
2 Cans diced tomatoes
1 Package of onion soup mix
Garlic powder
Worcestershire sauce
Cooked white rice

Instructions

Cut the sausage into chunks and place into the crockpot and then add the 1 can of red beans juice and all. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper and chop or dice and place into the crockpot. Add the 2 cans of diced tomatoes and the package of onion soup mix and then season lightly with garlic powder and a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce. Do not add water. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours. Serve over cooked white rice.
