Ingredients

2 Cups fully cooked ham, cut up
4 Ounces shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 Cup green onions, chopped
4 Eggs
2 Cups milk
1 Cup Bisquick
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/8 Teaspoon white pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400�F. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onion in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with a hand beater. Pour into plate over the ham, cheese and onions. Bake until golden brown and an inserted knife in middle comes out clean (35-40 minutes).
