Ingredients
1 1/2 Pounds polish sausage, sliced
1 Large package frozen hash brown potatoes
1 Can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 (15 ounce) Can evaporated milk
1 Bunch green onions, diced
Pepper
Garlic powder
(A can of diced chilies may be added if desired)
Instructions
Grease Crockpot. Combine sausage, potatoes, onions and seasonings in Crockpot. Mix together soup and milk; pour over ingredients in Crockpot. Stir together. Cook on low 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
