Ingredients
2 Small cans salmon
1 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Teaspoon lemon pepper
1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder
4 Tablespoons onion, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 Egg
1/2 Cup bread crumbs
Instructions
Beat egg slightly in a medium size bowl. Add onion, bell pepper, garlic, lemon pepper, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and bread crumbs. Stir well.
Add salmon, flaking with a fork. Stir well. Make patties (like hamburgers). Put into a medium hot skillet sprayed with Pam. Cook 3 to 5 minutes per side or until golden brown.
