Ingredients

1 (16 oz) Package frozen mixed vegetables
1 (6 oz) Can tomato paste
1 Medium onion, chopped
3 Medium potatoes, diced
1 Pound kielbasa, cut into 1/4" pieces
4 Quarts water
Fresh parsley

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except parsley in a large crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours. Garnish individual servings with fresh parsley.
