Ingredients
1 Pound pork sausage
3 Loaves French bread
1 (14 ounce) Jar pizza sauce
1/2 Cup onion, chopped
2 Green bell peppers, chopped
16 Ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 Ounces Colby cheese, shredded
4 Ounces Parmesan cheese, shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350�F. Saut� sausage in a medium skillet over medium high heat, stirring frequently, until browned and crumbly, about 8 minutes; drain well.
Cut each loaf of bread in half lengthwise, then in half horizontally, making 12 slices. Place on baking sheets. Spread pizza sauce on cut sides of the bread.
Sprinkle with sausage, onion, bell pepper, mozzarella, Colby and Parmesan. Bake until cheeses begin to brown around the edges, about 15 minutes.
