Ingredients

2 Slices of bacon, diced
1 Cup onion, coarsely chopped
6 Cups raw potatoes, diced
1 Cup water
1 1/2 Teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 Teaspoon cider vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 Pound hot dogs, cut into chunks

Instructions

In kettle or Dutch oven, fry bacon until crisp, remove bacon and add onions to bacon fat; cook until tender and golden. Add potatoes, rest of ingredients, and bacon. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender; toss well.
