Ingredients
6 (14 1/2 oz) Cans low fat beef broth
2 Cups cabbage, shredded
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can diced tomatoes
2 Medium potatoes, cubed
1/2 Cup carrots, chopped
1/2 Cup celery chopped
1/2 Cup onion, chopped
1/4 Cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 Teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 Teaspoon dried crushed rosemary
1 Clove garlic, chopped
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1 (15 oz) Can white kidney beans
8 Ounces cooked chicken
Instructions
In large stockpot combine broth; add all ingredients except the beans and chicken. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Stir in beans and chicken. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes.
