Ingredients

1 Pound beef stew meat, cut into 1� pieces
1 (15 oz) can pinto bean, rinsed and drained
1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (14 oz) can beef broth
1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 Green bell pepper, cut into 1/2" slices
1 Red bell pepper, cut into 1/2" slices
1 Onion, cut into 1/4" slices
2 Teaspoons ground cumin
1 Teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
Topping Suggestions
Sour cream
Shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
Chopped black olives

Instructions

Combine beef, beans, broth, tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, cumin, seasoned salt and black pepper in Instant Pot and mix well.
Secure lid and move pressure release valve to sealing position. Press pressure cook and cook at high pressure for 25 minutes.
When cooking is complete, use natural release for 10 minutes, then release remaining pressure.
Serve with desired toppings.
