Ingredients

Meatballs
One pound ground beef
1 Egg
1 original instant oatmeal packet,~(the indidual serving packet)
1/2 Onion, minced
1/4 Cup Italian bread crumbs
Salt & pepper
Sauce
1 (4 oz) can mushroom pieces
1/2 Onion, minced
4 Garlic cloves, minced
2 (14 1/2 oz) Cans cream of mushroom soup
1 Soup can water
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Instructions

Combine ground beef, egg, oatmeal packet, minced onion, bread crumbs & salt and pepper well; form into 1 1/2" meatballs. Brown in a bit of oil in a cast iron fry pan until lightly browned on all sides.
Place all sauce ingredients in crockpot then gently mix in meatballs. Cover crockpot and cook on LOW for4 to 5 hours. Serve on mashed potatoes.
