Ingredients

1 Pound ground beef
1 Onion, chopped
1 (16 oz) Can chili beans with liquid
1 (15 oz) Can kidney beans with liquid
1 (15 oz) Can whole kernel corn, with liquid
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can diced tomatoes
1 (8 oz) Can tomato sauce
2 Cups water
1 Pound diced potatoes
1 (4 oz) Can green chili peppers, diced
1 (1 1/4 oz) Package taco seasoning mix

Instructions

In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat and drain fat. Place all ingredients in a crockpot and mix to blend. Cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours. Serve topped with corn chips, shredded cheddar cheese and a scoop of sour cream.
