Ingredients
2 Russet potatoes, peeled & quartered
Handful of baby carrots
6 Pearl onions
4 Whole garlic cloves, peeled
1 (10 3/4 oz) Can cream of celery soup
1 Soup can full of apple juice
1 3 to 4 Pound beef roast
2 Shots whiskey
1 Packet ah jus mix
Instructions
Spray crockpot with non-stick spray and layer potatoes, carrots and onions in bottom.
Combine soup & apple juice and blend together. Pour over contents in crockpot and stir.
Add roast to crockpot; pour whiskey over meat and sprinkle with au jus mix.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours.
Remove lid and cook for additional 30 minutes to thicken gravy.
