Ingredients
3/4 Pound hot dogs, sliced & diced
1 egg
3/4 Cup milk
1 Box jiffy cornbread mix
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400�F.
In a large bowl, mix eggs and milk.
Add hot dogs to the mixture and stir in the 2 boxes of Jiffy mix and 1 1/2 cups of cheddar.
Spray a 9" x1 3" dish with non-stick spray.
Pour mixture into the dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered for 20 - 25 minutes.
Test for doneness using the toothpick method.
Note
Recipe can be easily cut in half and cooked in a 8" x8 " dish.
