Ingredients
1 (2 1/2 oz) Jar dried beef
6 Chicken thighs or breast halves, boneless, skinless
6 Bacon slices
2 (10 oz) Cans golden mushroom soup
1 (6.2 oz) Package parmesan and butter rice, cooked
Instructions
Place slices of dried beef in bottom of 5-quart slow cooker. Roll each chicken breast half in slice of bacon. Place over dried beef. Spoon mushroom soup and 1/3 cup water over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours. Serve over hot cooked rice.
