Preheat 6 quart Nesco Roast-Air oven to 400�F.
Combine egg and milk in a shallow dish; whisk to blend. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients, except chicken, in a bowl; stir until mixed. Dip chicken into egg mixture, then dredge in cereal mixture. Arrange pieces on rack. Set rack in preheated cookwell. Cover; plug in air-fan/motor on cover. Air-roast 40 to 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180�F on meat thermometer.
