Ingredients

1 Pound Italian seasoned frozen meatballs, thawed
3 Cups beef broth
2 (14 1/2 oz) Cans diced tomatoes with Italian seasonings, undrained
1 Cup potato, peeled & diced
1/2 Cup onion, chopped
1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 Teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (16 oz) Package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
Parmesan cheese, shredded or grated, for garnish

Instructions

In crockpot, combine meatballs, broth, tomatoes, potato, onion, garlic powder, and pepper. Cover and cook on LOW heat setting for 9 to 11 hours, until potatoes and onion are tender. Stir in frozen vegetables and cook on LOW heat setting for 1 hour longer.
Note: If desired, serve with a tossed salad.
