Ingredients
4 Boneless pork chops
4 Medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1 Envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 (10 1/2 oz) Can cream of mushroom
1/4 Cup milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Brown pork chops in 1/4 cup oil then drain.
Slice potatoes into a medium casserole dish in even layer.
Place pork chops over potatoes, combine onion soup mix and cream of mushroom and milk, pour over top of pork chops.
Bake at 350�F for 1 hour.
