Ingredients
1 Can black beans
1 Can pinto beans
1 Can garbanzo beans
1 Can cannellini beans
1 Can dark red kidney beans
1 Green pepper, diced
1 Cup celery, diced
1 Cup red onion, diced
1 (4 oz) Jar pimentos
3/4 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup vegetable oil
3/4 Cup cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon water
1 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Drain and rinse beans.
Combine drained beans, pepper, celery, onion, and pimentos in a large bowl.
In a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil; remove from heat and pour over bean mixture. Chill until ready to serve.
