Ingredients
8 Ounces fully cooked ham, cubed
3 Medium tomatoes, cut in chunks
1 (11 oz) Can corn kernels, drained
4 Ounces Monterey Jack cheese, cut in long thin strips
1/3 Cup thin red onion wedges
2/3 Cup Ranch dressing
1/3 Cup parsley, chopped
1 Small head lettuce leaves, separated
1/2 Cup smoked almonds, remove excess salt, then coarsely chop
Instructions
Toss first 7 ingredients in a bowl to mix and coat. Line a serving platter with lettuce. Top with ham mixture. Sprinkle with almonds and serve immediately.
