Ingredients
1 Medium green cabbage, finely chopped
2 Carrots, chopped
1 Green bell pepper, chopped
2/3 Cup sour cream
1/4 Cup sugar
1/4 Cup apple-cider vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon salt
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the first three ingredients. In a small bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients to make the dressing. Pour the dressing over the vegetables. Toss until well coated. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before servings.
