Ingredients

6 Bacon slices, cut up
1 Cup onion, chopped
2 Tablespoons flour
3 Cups milk
2 Medium potatoes, peeled & diced
1 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
1/8 Teaspoon pepper
1 (22 oz) Jar baked beans
1/4 Cup snipped parsley

Instructions

In pan, cook bacon and onion until bacon is lightly browned and onion is tender. Blend in flour. Add milk. Cook and stir until bubbly. Add potatoes, salt, thyme and pepper. Cover and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are done. Stir in beans, heat through. Top with snipped parsley.
