Ingredients

1/2 Onion, diced
1 Pound ground beef
1 (15 oz) Can red beans
1 (15 oz) Can diced tomatoes
1 Packet chili seasoning or taco seasoning
1 Teaspoon chili powder
1 (8 oz) Can tomato sauce
1 Cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 1/2 Cups beef broth
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

In a medium skillet brown onion and ground beef until cooked through and onion is translucent.
Spread ground beef and onion evenly across bottom of pot.
Add all other ingredients in this order and do not stir!
Can of red beans, then diced tomatoes, sprinkle in packet of chili seasoning and chili powder, tomato sauce, sprinkle in uncooked elbow macaroni over top of all of these, then pour beef broth over the top. Gently push down noodles so they are in liquid as much as possible but don't stir.
Turn IP to manual, pressure, high, for 5 minutes and close steam valve.
When done do a quick release and carefully open lid, stir and serve topped with cheese.
