Ingredients
1 (5 lb to 6 lb) Brisket
3 Ounces liquid smoke
Celery salt
Onion salt
Garlic salt
Pepper to taste
Worcestershire sauce
Barbeque sauce
Instructions
Combine celery salt, onion salt, garlic salt and black pepper together. Sprinkle on all sides of brisket.
Put in baking dish and pour 3 ounces of commercial liquid smoke on a 5 to 6 pound brisket. Place in refrigerator over night covered with foil.
Next morning sprinkle salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce on meat. Cover with foil but do not wrap. Bake 5 hours at 275�F.
Uncover the brisket and pour on your favorite barbeque sauce. Bake one more hour at 275�F, slice and serve.
