Ingredients

1 Can corned beef
1/2 Green or red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 Cup onion, chopped
3/4 Cup sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
1/4 Cup Worcestershire sauce
2/3 Cup catsup
1 Package English muffins

Instructions

Break up the corned beef with a fork. Mix everything together but the English muffins. Spread equal amounts of mixture on each muffin half. I end up using a full pack of English muffins (6) to make 12 open faces sandwiches. Put on cookie sheet and broil till the cheese melts.
