1 (15 oz) Can tomato sauce
1/4 Cup ketchup
2 Tablespoons tomato paste
1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Teaspoon chili powder
1/2 Teaspoon kosher salt

Brown the ground beef with the onions and bell pepper over medium high heat until the meat is fully cooked and crumbly, about 10 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients except the tater tots and stir well to combine.
Spread meat mixture into an oven safe pan or casserole dish and arrange the tater tots in a single layer on top of the sloppy Joe mixture; evenly spread cheese on top of tater tots.
Cook uncovered in preheated oven until the tater tots are cooked through and golden brown, 25-30 minutes.
