Ingredients
4 Tablespoons butter
8 Ounces mushrooms, sliced
4 Tablespoons flour
2 Cups beef broth
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large skillet saut� mushrooms in butter until nicely browned. Add flour to skillet and blend well. Add broth, salt & pepper, stir and simmer until thickened.
Makes 2 Cups
