Ingredients
1 (12 oz) Package Rotelle noodles
1 Pound ground beef
3/4 Cup onion, chopped
1 (28 oz) Can crushed tomatoes
1 (1 1/4 oz) Package taco seasoning mix
1 Cup water
Shredded cheddar cheese
Crushed tortilla chips
Instructions
Cook Rotelle pasta per package directions, drain and set aside. In large skillet, over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until meat is browned and onion is tender. Pour off fat. Add tomatoes, taco seasoning mix and water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes. Serve with Hot Rotelle; top with cheese and tortilla chips.
