Ingredients

1 (10 1/2 oz) Can beef broth
1/2 Cup onions, diced
2 (8 oz) Cans small whole mushrooms (Plus juice of one)
1/3 Cup burgundy wine

Instructions

Place the beef broth in a saucepan and simmer the onion for 15 minutes. Add the mushrooms and wine and simmer for another 15 minutes and serve.
Notes: This makes a great side dish! You can also try this with fresh, but you may wish to blanch them before cooking to keep a nicer color, and shape. They are great served along side steak!
